SOOOoooOOOooOoooo
Some Facts:
1. I'm not in Northern Ireland yet...
2. Yes, i thought i would be there by now, but truth be told, God is having me wait, and I am ok with that :) because He knows EVERYTHING ---so what's there to worry about?!?---
3. I did get my UK Visa, but am going to have to apply for another one, because i did not have enough money to go (in the time allotted), but mainly because it's not the right time.
4. I'm going to be working with an organization called UW Sports starting this summer. This is a SPORTS ministry, which I'm super pumped about!!!!! Not only are they going to teach me a new way to reach people for Jesus, but they want to help me get to Northern Ireland and share this ministry there!!!!!!!!! :D
5. I have been raising money by cleaning classrooms or cleaning a church everyday, which is a MAJOR blessing!!! Also, just recently i have been baby sitting for a lovely couple, which is a blessing on a blessing. See, God is so good!! He's letting me bless others and He's been letting others bless me too!!!!!!!!
6. In this season of my LIFE, this verse has new meaning, though i've heard it so many times:
You all know I've been waiting, and through the waiting
i've been searching for what God wanted me to do while waiting.
Then when God revealed to me this sports ministry,
I realized this must be one of the MANY things He wants me to experience before the voyage to Northern Ireland.
Truly i was strengthened through this reminder that the
ALL POWERFUL
GOD
re-establishes REAL strength when i STOP being so
Self-reliant... (aka, stop trying to DO it myself)
because when i realize my weakness, only then can His PERFECT POWER reign through my LIFE.
